If a reward has been sent to a cartel or a player, it will stay there, even if someone moves cartels.

Be sure to send a ticket from inside the game as soon as you log back in. This will send your game log info so we can see what made it crash.

There is no rule against this - if we see an issue with it we will add penalties or increased time to join a new cartel if you recently joined one.

You can change your name once, in the settings menu of the game.
