So last 10 minutes doesnt count on cartel wars? It must be same for day 1 outposts....probably cant attack outposts within last 10 minutes. So logicaly.....why didnt the designers make it 23 hrs and 50 minutes time for war? Anyway guys, thx for replies and explainings...

I am a high level player , wanted to attack 3 low level players last 10 minutes of a cartel war and bring the victory to my cartel. It's within the time we are allowed to attack....so why is the game decide for me if there is time or there isnt enough if the clock didnt get to his final second?

If you nerf sicarios , nerf also rocket launchers , mortars, nerve gas and nerf the whole god **** game. I hardley manage to clear an outpost with my diegos ....if they fail clearing all the gas and the launchers im stuck with a 49-51 outpost on my map.im lvl 41 ...how am i suppose to clear...

Try to think like a game designer. If they will return same levels and low outpost you'll just win everyone without loosing a sicario sometimes 5-10 soldiers. They need you to spend each player you destroy or any outpost , at least 1 sicario becase they know our patience is low and we'll just...

The issue should be not the number of attacks he had but why since the update , he cant defend his base while the base layout is almost maxed?
