I think hat double pownage isn't talking about actual resource centers in the sense Julio is referring to. This is about the resource building on your home base (ie bank, sawmill, quarry and iron mine). Am I right?

You're mixing up two different things. Resource centers have always been very difficult to acquire, for the most part. I have had resource centers up to level 62 on my map since I am at level 37, that's 25 levels higher. This is part of the game and having resource centers sitting on your map...

Hi, the padlock allows you to protect your sicarios against accidental fusing. It is open by default, you might want to lock it on those sicarios you want to keep rather than fuse or talents.

Well at first it seemed better, all new outposts were between 1 and 2 levels lower (which is still very high), but a few moments later the level 54 outposts began to appear again, so basically there is no real change for me at the end of the day. My player ID is 5181578.

Not for everyone apparently: my map was very quiet for a couple weeks 2 or 3 weeks ago and now it is fine, I've got plenty to keep me busy.

What level are you? How long have you had an empty map?

Well it looks like the devs did something about it: I just had all my level 54 outposts replaced by slightly lower level outposts. They're still pretty high (from 49 to 52) so that's still a little too much in my opinion (10 to 13 levels higher than me) but at least I don't have these impossible...

Because not everybody does the math, and resource centers are so hard to get in the lower levels, people get used to defending them and trying to not let them go.

OK so how do you do this on Android? The way I see it, there is one unique playerID so I don't know how to tell the app to choose from two different players.
