There is a porblem with the cartel wars matchmaking system. Our cartel has 19 members, a rating of 6000+ and a level of 28. In the wars we get cartels that are much much stronger then us, im talking about 2-7 levels above us!!!. Facing an opponent that is so much stronger then you takes away...
