ACO, if you get outposts lvl 41, you would have raided them without losses. You know that. About talents.. Yeah that's only luck that's all.. everything is random. For example i don't have any good talent on my Diegos, but i have on my defensive sicarios 4/5 PC hp and 4/5 near building hp.. just...

Well I totally disagree. I have spent about 20$ on this game at all. But I am still good. With a little bit of luck you can get good talents. Although there will always be players who have +30k health on rocket launcher. And that's fine. If they want to pay for the game, they will be better...

+ I totally agree with IL MAGO because we just started a Cartel War 23 vs. 23 .. (80% players in my cartel are lower than lvl 39.. usually 34-38) 3 of them are lvl 42 and 2 are lvl 45 .. Enemy cartel has no member lower than lvl 41 :) that's unbalanced.

I totally agree with you.. most of my cartel mates are level 33-42 , except capo and right hand, they are lvl 45 .. and we get Italian Bamba Beach2 (academy of world's 3rd best cartel) and so on.. Usually cartels with 5 players level 48-50 .. and nobody can attack them so 3 points each x 1.5 x 5...

Well I am currently level 39.. this morning i turned 39.. I usually got outposts level 43-44, but now they are much bigger. Up to level 48 This is a picture of level 46 .. 4 rocket launchers level 11 with 20k health each.

Did you take a picture few minutes before the end of weekly tournament? I always do, so I have proof.. Otherwise I think admins won't help you.. :/ I guess you know what I am talking about.. Somebody could have saved a Story Mission, and you were 5th, and he did 2 minutes before end a story...

Say the other ways, please.. I am broad-minded for every advice. I saw your base mate, I have nothing with that you have all good talents. It is fine.. You have good sicarios, and good talents, that's the tactic.. but if you buy 4 scorpions and you buy talents and you smash my finca in 3 sec...

Of course, I have my base layout, and sometimes I got raided, sometimes i defend.. that's the nature of this game. There will always be stronger players than you.. But i don't mind if somebody is stronger because he is not training anything else than fuegos, and he destroyed me with fuegos...
