Well often it is a problem in server for his account, and he won't be able to get in his account.. if he is playing on mobile phone.. ofc. but give a try on emulator (program that you download on your computer and you can play on your PC all games that are for mobile phone) .. i play narcos...

I didn't have any problems first month.. after a month there was 2-3 situations when I realised somebody is in my account

bluestacks is galaxy s5 .. it is only once when you log in.. that means when somebody else is on that device (bluestacks) it won't show you. it won't give you an alert every time you start bluestacks, once you log in on google account then it shows you.. the problem is : it that doesn't matter...

It's a bug for his account in the system.. There are a lot of bugs now. I saw that one player has RL in his base layout, but the RL is unable to attack because it's only dust... xd Some of them cannot even connect to the game.. It will be a day or two. Then they will fix it I hope. Your friend...

Well you can turn the game off, but still next 5 mins you won't be able to get attacked.. And yes, game has so many bugs, maybe it didn't count for him.

Money = gold.. first, i have never bought a single gold. second, i am just giving an opinion that is the best. Those players who spent 200€ on this game buying gold and having great talents, those talents are **** now if they have no use.. nobody would attack with army, only paratroopers.

If you are on your own internet (from mobile phone) try connecting on wifi.. and wait a couple of minutes.. and if you are on wifi, try connecting to your own mobile internet.. :))

That's why this game has vulnerable to attack that turns on when a player is 3 hours active.. with active I mean the little clock on server that counts online time.. when you reach 3 hours at all you become vulnerable, and then players can attack you.

I deleted all my activities on bluestacks and i deleted that emulator.. because it is not secured..
