War cartels who's guilty?
T That's right. A lot of players left the game or are leaving so cartels have been thread bare. We've still got a few in actives in ours but have kicked them out only when they have become redundant ie someone showed up with a better defence sicario- The Right Honorable One

Gents, While I agree that having testing bases to attack is far more satisfying from a game play point of view rather than the no deploy boys I've noticed my map has become over populated with bases that are 2-3 levels higher. At level 43 I can take take bases of up to 46 and even 48...- The Right Honorable One
