Listen up...in my league is 25 players,with different cartels,but we are always getting the same opponents(5,6 cartels)in war,and what is the biggest problem is that every time someone from my cartel is being left out from war because other cartel have less players with swords...sorry for bloody russian english

It's because there isn't a lot of players in this game, especially at higher levels
