cant restore progress on other devices using facebook

It just doesn't work, the game suggest mysterious level 1 (saved on fb, which I never saved actually) and device level 1 (device is brand new).
This problems have been existing for half a year, support keeps silence, any help ?

It seems like I need facebook link reset since I deleted my previous facebook acc
