Cartel chest rewards

As I understand it your chest level increases every 100 attacks and so on. We have done 143 attacks so far but only shows 43/100 and still on chest one. Should this not be chest 2 by now?

It's starts off saying 0/10, then progresses each time ur reach the set amount needed to get to the next Cartel Chest
