Compound free speed up usage

i hope FTX can easily address this problem. Currently any team member can use/misuse the free speed ups won from Cartel war. FTX, can you change the free speed up to be used by Lieutenants and above, rationale being Lieutenants and above are responsible for all Cartel upgrades/research. This will greatly help in managing the Cartel. Thank you

Why not round up your little w@nk rascals that are going rogue and tell them to cool their pants or you will boot them.

Bad job if a capo can't keep control.

Then again there are capos and there are Capos

I find it easier to boot them if they are in a line!
