Defense Bonus on Compound Sicarios

I'm a bit confused, why does my Velasco have a 100% Defense Health Bonus while others in my cartel don't have any bonuses?

Only the sicario actually placed on the compound has the bonus.

hm, they are all placed on the compound. Edge lvl 50 and Velasco lvl 15 are cartel mates ...

So you clicked on the i , the bonus is not shown to you but to your cartel mates. You are only able to see the base values.
