Hi, a member of my clan doesn’t manage to enter into the game becouse it appers ERROR 10004. He mailed ftx but the he didn’t solve it. He has te same problem even in another device.
Thanks Ben, I’m helping him, we are italian and he doesn’t speak english. The solution that the support provides didn’t work, becouse he has a iOS version above 8.0 . I Hope we can solve it.
When I looked into the ticket yesterday there was internal discussion being had about the error. As of now, I don't believe support is finished giving help. Hang tight they're working on it.
