Everytime I open narcos Cartel Wars app it will not completely load my profile

Everytime I open narcos Cartel Wars it will not completely load my profile I'm also always coming across players with more sicarios then they are supposed to have on their base at their level I have spent real money so for these problems to go and check shows me the kind of developer I'm supporting

The other players have more sicarios than you at their base because it's a bonus provided by their Cartel. Join a Cartel that also has that bonus and you'll also be able to put more sicarios at your base.
