How can i higher my % on the talent slot

it's very simple and easy. You have two options.

Option 1. Keep spending gold at 50 per talent refresh until you get the talent and % that is acceptable to you.

Option 2. Keep fusing 5 stars worth of sicarios until you get the talent and % that is acceptable to you.

You may be resource constrained in either option (you don't have enough sicarios to fuse or you don't have enough gold)...

Every talent comes randomly. Although, I heared that Gustavo gives a little bit better talents.
