Why do you ban people's global chat if someone reports someone else typing a word or a slur the report button should auto block the other not take away freedom.of speech the game says 13 an older if there's children playing this game BLOCK there chat not the ones who have been playing for 4 years.. the nature boy

Hello @The nature boy , as our Terms of Service state:

"We... require all users to agree not to use the Tilting Point Services, for any of the following:

• Communicating, transmitting, or otherwise providing material that constitutes unsolicited, inappropriate, libelous, defamatory, obscene, offensive, threatening or otherwise harassing content"

As such, we retain the right to ban players from global chat if they are breaking the rules. You are always welcome to appeal your ban by contacting our support team at narcos@ftxgames.com. But if your account has broken the rules enough times, the ban becomes permanent and irrevocable.

Global chat bans do not limit your use of the game other than the inability to use Global Chat. You are welcome here in the forums as well so long as you follow the forum rules.
