Certain enemy bases have SICARIO DEFENDERS equipped with
EVASION SKILL V
BLIND SKILL V
COUNTER SKILL V
for Ground defense skill set V and SECOND CHANCE skill set V,
PROTECTIVE FURY skill set V have made this DEFENSE SICARIOS
IMPOSSIBLE TO KILL !
The Debuffs and MISSES /DAMAGE REDUCTION on the DEFENSE SICARIO
have made the ATTACKER MISS almost 95% WTFAQ !
If u attack the Defense SICARIO U will certainly MISS by 95% something is
terribly bugged here !
