Narcos upgrade

April, I emailed you guys Friday about me not having the narcos club available to me yet. This morning I logged in and there it was, thanks for that. I joined for 6 months and have the receipt of where I paid for it. Now I log in and I don't have it anymore and it's asking me to pay again. I have no problem with doing that but will it charge me twice?
