Dont spend money on the offer wall!! Its a scam. I spent money to get gold and nothing. Everything is documented but they reject it. Contacted support multiple times and nothing. It's just a way for them to steal from you. Been over a month and nothing. Seems to be a common problem.

Hello @Captianmorgan33, there are two steps you can take after an offerwall offer has been denied. First choose "Missing Coins" under Pending offerwall offers. This will connect you directly to our partner and they will take the first look at it. If they deny you, you are then more than welcome to contact our support team directly either by choosing "Report an issue" in the Settings menu or via email at narcos@ftxgames.com. They will gladly take your proof to our partner for a second look. They should respond to contacts within 48 hours during the week. If they do not, please feel free to message either me or @Ben - FTX Games with the email address you used to contact them and we will look into it for you personally.

Been there done that for the past month your support is worthless. Just get the same form response over and over. There are complaints all over the place about this issue of you scamming people and nothing ever gets done. Screenshots of proof of purchase means nothing as long as you get your money.
