And not Chase. So maybe you could pass on the message.
Seeing as this game is king of micro transactions as opposed to king of customer support,
Maybe you can afford another one or two more communication moderators.
No offense to Chase but I find it highly unrealistic that only one communication moderator is expected to handle all of FTX GAMES forums.
From what I can see Chase responds to 2-3 messages a day on the Narco forum that's if he responds to any messages at all that day.
From all the negative feedback I am seeing in game, on forums, in social media, on the games own review page. From the sheer number of people leaving the game in New Zealand and other countries it is clear to see that either this information is not being passed on or FTX GAMES simply doesn't care and will continue to grind the rich and the dumb.
