Purple sicarios?!

I just need help,how does lower level than me(I am 47 lvl) have all 4 purple sicarios,ok i know they spend lots of money,but do they have offers with purple sicarios already or with gear for rank up to purple...i have not spend more than 180kn,wich is something like 30$ more/less,for one offer,if i spend more money for one offer like 80$ will it come bigger offer(like 120$)with better sicarios and gear??!!

Yes. As you buy higher priced packages, you get more even higher priced packages until you get the packages that contain the purple sicarios and level 7 gear with them. If you only buy $5 packages, you'll never see those high dollar packages.

We should be allowed to buy gear to upgrade sics to level 7, also times for upgrading are too long

If you remember, there were some offers at around 2k gold where you could get purple sicarios, but they were random.Some guys used the airplane mode and scrolled between sicarios until they found the best one...so with 8k gold they got 4 purple diegos or 4 purple la quicas.

Very few bought the gear to purple the sicarios

And btw, thats not the real problem...the real problem is that many players have squads of full missile purple diegos or full fb la quicas.....nowadays you would spend a fortune.

I know players with 2 squads of full diegos full missile and one squad of la quicas full fb....all purple....handle it
