Recycle skills for dice

Still no way to get dice by playing alone, what is the use for hundreds of unused skills?

@Chase - FTX Games please introduce a feature that allows to recycle skills we don't want or use anymore and receive dice for it ... don't you think it's weird that dice is the only thing you have to buy something else (skill chests) to get it?
