how to add traits on rosa? and what is the best trait to her?

Follow the below steps:
- go to Sicario Hangout
- select 4th (lowest tab in the left)
- add sicarios up to a 10 stars total (you will loose them)
- click Obtain Trait button (it will become active after adding all the sics).

Most likely best trait will be Energy gained. However, you can choose flash duration in certain situations. No idea if anything else is worth having.
