Set Skills Big Bang/Strong Medicine

Do you have to apply these skill sets to a Sacario? Or are they already applied once collected? I have collected enough for both sets.. Are they automatically active???

You need to apply them on a sicario, you can remove it and place it on a different sicario after if you want.
