Nowhere, unfortunately. players are left alone to figure it all out by themselves.
Basically you put them on your sicario. Ideally you have skills that apply for a set bonus - have a look at the workshop, there you'll find the info what kind of skills you need for a bonus. maybe you have to change skill slots first to put the skills on a sicario

skills, such nonsense. help from above ... are these paratroopers hovering in a copter the whole time? "oh look, he is dying, everybody jump!"
or even better second chance, "****, I'm dead *woooosh* oh, voodoo magic, I'm alive!"

I am confused the level of expertise can unlock more skills slots, blue for defense boosts, red for attack boosts !
