Survival Program: Message indicated by triangle is clipped/not-visible

As posted on another forum, whatever message is meant to be displayed when tapping on the '!' within a triangle next to your characters' icon isn't displayed. It appears to be cropped or just not displayed properly. This makes it impossible to determine what this icon is meant to indicate. See screenshot below (from that forum post).
