Anyone other cartels having problems trying to start wars?we've been unable too for the last 3 days.Everytime we start a search we get the problem message"another cartel member has made a change" even when we get the "war challenge" we are unable to accept.we have plenty of members opted in so that shouldn't be the issue.Emailed support but thought i would see if any other cartels are having problems!
