Unfair & absurd resource center level

Hello,
My current level is 36. From 31 level I've faced a an unfair game of resource center level. That is abnormal and very high resource center and most importantly unbreakable fro me. The screen shot shows 45/51 even 60 level resource centers are waiting forr me! It is impossible to capture them.
Another problem is, 40/42 level's player capture my existing resource centers! Is this a fair game? A player who belongs to 42/43 level is definitely very very strong then that of me. This is not a fair game.
Now my simple question is:-
Why & how did they (42/43 level's player) find lower level's resource center while I'm find very very hard level's resource center?

Again I say, this is not a fair game.

Its because of your medals. you have 880 medals that is too high.

Same problem. I am level 26 and facing lvl 43< centers.. And yes it's based on your medals.

Game will starve you out of resources if your rating is high. Just like prior version used to give me at level 26 level 39 fincas based on rating. Nothing wrong slightly above.. Anything over 10 levels is unattainable.

Think of it the other way around.. Im lvl. 35 i can take lvl. 50 rescource centers.. Its a game of strategy.. If it were easy everyone would be able to take my rescources too.. I worked them up to lvl. 50 by repeatedly taking them back.

Resource centers level based kill the medals same with matchmaking should be based on level, encouraging a level playing field equal win opportunity fair play come on Team Cartel heave **!
