Update on ios device sicario deal error?

The update on ios was about a day late, this deal came along with it making no sense at all. Cant tell if the gold amount with it is on purpose or glitched out. And 20 days to buy with no purchase amount. I look at it confused and only that they rushed this sicario deal fast " new Sicario out we want more money"
