Victory after the clock hits zero

Why do they keep giving victories during attacks after the clock hits zero, its happened to me twice during wars. I've tried uploading the video using in game settings report issues but it only allows screenshots couldnt find the option to upload video

Hello @Naptownmark, my apologies, but the in-game report option is admittedly lacking in some areas as you have discovered. If you want to send attachments to our support team for issues like this, please email them directly at narcos@ftxgames.com. Sometimes video files are too large to send by email. In this case, upload it to a file hosting system like Google Drive, or a video-sharing system like YouTube, then share the link to that video with our support team.
