Vip trouble

I bought the VIP package and it’s not working. When it sends me back to the sign up, and I click on it, it says I’m already a member. None of the “perks” are working. Any answers?

Hello @Madill. We are aware of a number of problems with VIP/subscriptions as we shared in our forum post HERE. Please contact our support team by choosing "Report an issue" in the Settings menu. They will be happy to assist you.

I will be closing this thread for further replies, as we are keeping all VIP/subscription issues to the linked thread above. This is being done to keep the forums as spam-free as possible.
