Hi Ronnie. VIP Subscriptions do not provide Don Neto, Joaquin, or David. In the "Benefits of Narcos Club Membership" screen, you can see the Sicarios that are given with the subscription on the left. Simply tap the arrows to the right and left of the Sicario photo to see who you will receive throughout your membership.
