War arrangements

Due to the fact that cartel wars lacks the feature of arranging wars between cartels with the same strength, my proposal is to start arranging them here

most wars are set up on LINE

Plus, there's never the guarantee your gonna get the cartel you want. You can only increase odds by matching your rating/member count

I guess the odds will be increased if two cartels will start looking for war at the same time and the player levels/compound are close.
I would be interested to find out how the system is matching the oponents.
Nevertheless, this game is no fun when the war is too east
