Ok short story was in nice cartel, but capo just shut the doors and booted everyone. I tried to start a new one. Huge fail lol. Now I am trying to join a cartel, but it says I can't join. Departed from a cartel. And answers

I believe If you get kicked in the middle of the cartel war you can not join until war is over.

Its a waiting period to prevent players joining and leaving loads of cartels.

(Boom Beach used to be if you joined and left once a war started you got rewards. You could join another clan straight away and do the same again and again)
