What is the pay out system for enemy attack? Confused

so what is the actuall pay out system for attacking an enemy finca? like i attack a level 41 player and sometimes it pays out more material than attacking a 45 level player.. maybe there should be a way of increasing or upgrading your attack payout. Like spoils of war upgrade at the capos club.because it sucks trying to upgrade anything at level 43. specially if it has anything to do with Money upgrades.

lol i think i realized that by level 39... smh this game could be so much more fun and make more much revenue.. but they want to go on a scavanger hint instead
