NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES

1.​The Walking Dead: Slots – The Ultimate Fan Experience Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 6, 2019, and ends 11:59 p.m. ET on June 20, 2019 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

2.​Eligibility: Sweepstakes is offered only in the United States to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, at time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, directors and agents of FTX Games Ltd. (“Sponsor” and “Administrator”), AMC Network Entertainment LLC (“AMC”), and any of Sponsor’s or AMC’s, and each of their respective parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotional agencies (“Sweepstakes Entities”), and their immediate family (spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, ward, daughter or son) or members of their households (whether or not related) are not eligible to participate or win. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator, which are final and binding in all respects.

3.​Entry: There are two ways to enter.

To enter, download the The Walking Dead: Casino Slots app on the Apple App Store (https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/the-walking-dead-casino-slots/id1437898990?mt=8) or The Walking Dead: Casino Slots app on Google Play (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ftxgames.twdslots&hl=en_US) (collectively, the ”Game App”). Enter the Sweepstakes by opening the Game App, following the instructions and completing and submitting the entry form.

To enter by mail, hand print in ink your name and email address on a postcard and mail to: The Walking Dead: Slots – The Ultimate Fan Experience Sweepstakes, FTX Games, Ltd. 6790 Embarcadero Ln. #100, Carlsbad, CA 92011. Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than June 20, 2019 and received no later than June 22, 2019. No photocopies, facsimiles or mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, or postage due entries or mail.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the method of entry. Any attempt at entry except as stated above is void. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations or any other methods may void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified, and any potential prize may be forfeited. Entries generated through a third-party application, website or software or in any way other than the manner set forth in these Official Rules are prohibited, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant(s) using such methods if discovered by Sponsor. Sponsor must receive all entries by the close of the Sweepstakes Period.

4.​ Winner Selection: The winner will be selected on or about June 23, 2019 in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the drawing. Limit one prize per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all participants.

5.​Prizes: There is one (1) prize. The prize winner will be chosen by random drawing. The Prize Winner will receive: a trip for the winner and one (1) guest to the 2019 San Diego Comic Convention (“Convention”), which will take place in San Diego, California from July 18-21, 2019. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home in the United States (airports determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to San Diego, CA; three (3) nights’ accommodations (July 18, 19 and 20, 2019) at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); and US$400 (US$100 spending money total per day for meals for four (4) days (July 18, 19, 20 and 21, 2019)) (which may not be used on alcohol). The Winner, but not the Winner’s guest, will also receive the following: (a) access to the Walking Dead television series talent autograph session to be held at a time to be determined during the Convention, (b) opportunity to get made up to a “Walker” by a professional make-up artist while at the Convention; and (c) access to a photo session at the Convention for possible (but not guaranteed) inclusion in the key art for next season of the The Walking Dead television series. Approximate retail value of Prize: US$4,000.00 (“ARV”). The Prize Winner and guest will be subject to Convention’s rules on admission and conduct and may be subject to executing liability/publicity releases with AMC prior to make-up session and photo session. The Winner acknowledges that Sponsor and the Sweepstakes Entities cannot guarantee that any photographs and/or videos taken as part of the Prize will actually be included in or used with The Walking Dead series or otherwise.

6.​General Prize Restrictions/Conditions. Winner must travel on July 18, 2019 and return on July 21, 2019 or prize will be forfeited. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and certain restrictions may apply. Travel must be round trip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. Sponsor shall not be responsible for and no refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation, diversion or delay of any flight. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for frequent flyer miles. All airline tickets are subject to flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. Lost, stolen or damaged airline tickets, travel vouchers or certificates will not be replaced or exchanged. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. No costs, fees or expenses are included as part of the prize unless specifically listed herein and all expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, beverages, incidentals, tips, gratuities, excursions, personal items, passenger tariffs or duties, airline and baggage fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Travel companion must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for round trip air travel at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. The Sponsor is not responsible if the Convention event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason and winner will not be reimbursed for tickets. Actual value may vary depending on the city/day/date/time of departure and if the actual value of the prize awarded is less than the ARV stated herein, winner will not be entitled to receive any cash or other compensation for such difference between the actual retail value and the approximate retail value. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The prize is not redeemable for cash, and it may not be substituted for another prize, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor, or as provided in these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.

Winner and guest are solely responsible for all required travel documents and/or identification (e.g., a valid government-issued photo ID, valid passport where required). Winner’s guest must be at least 18 years of age at time of entry. Winner and guest are solely responsible for obtaining any travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Any unused prize elements will be forfeited.

Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, the Game App or any web site or application related to the Sweepstakes; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or the like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods. All received entries become the property of Sponsor and will in no event be acknowledged or returned, and no correspondence will be entered into except as set forth in these Official Rules. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same email account, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter the Sweepstakes at the actual time of registration will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning email address for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Potential winner may be required to provide the Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the potentially winning entry.

ANY AND ALL TAXES ON THE PRIZES, AND ANY OTHER COSTS, FEES, AND EXPENSES NOT EXPLICITLY STATED HEREIN, ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PRIZE RECIPIENT.

7.​Winner Notification/Releases. Prize claim is subject to verification by the Sponsor. Potential winner must meet all eligibility requirements and comply with these Official Rules to receive prize. Sponsor will attempt to notify the selected winner by email using the information provided at the time of entry, and the selected winner will have 72 hours from the moment such notification is issued to respond to such notification by following the instructions provided therein. If a potential winner timely responds to such notification, he/she will then be sent an affidavit of eligibility, waiver of liability and, except where prohibited by law, publicity release forms and must complete, sign and return all required documentation within five (5) days of issuance or prize may be forfeited. If prize notification or attempted notification is returned as undeliverable, if the potential winner does not reply to the notification within 72 hours of its issuance, does not return the signed documents within five (5) days of their issuance, is ineligible, if prize winner declines prize offered, cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules and/or if winner is unable to travel by designated deadline, then he/she will be disqualified, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected, at Sponsor‘s discretion, in a second chance drawing of all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period if time permits.

Winner will be asked to identify the departure location and destination on the Affidavit and will be issued an IRS 1099-MISC Form with the corresponding value. Winner agrees to complete Form W-9 and promptly return to Sponsor upon request. If required by law, an IRS 1099-MISC Form will be prepared in the winner’s name and submitted to the IRS for the value of the winner’s prize. PLEASE NOTE, THE WINNER LIKELY WILL INCUR A SUBSTANTIAL TAX LIABILITY. Sponsor will cause a copy of any submitted 1099-MISC Form to be sent to winner’s last known address.

8.​Publicity Release. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you consent to the use, reproduction, display, publishing, modification and transmission of your entry and your name, likeness, biographical information and other indicia of your persona by Sponsor and the Sweepstakes Entities for marketing, advertising, promotional and commercial purposes in connection with the Sweepstakes and The Walking Dead series without compensation, except where prohibited by law, through any means or methods whether now known or hereafter to become known, including the internet and social media.

9. Disputes. Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California. As a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all actions or proceedings related to the Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and shall be exclusively brought in the County of San Diego, State of California (if under state law) or the Southern District of California (if under Federal law), and the parties agree not to raise in connection therewith, and hereby waive, any defenses based upon the venue, the inconvenience of the forum, the lack of personal jurisdiction, the sufficiency of service of process or the like in any such action or suit brought in the State of California. If there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures and other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules will prevail, govern and control. Neither the failure of Sponsor to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these Official Rules nor the failure, delay or omission by Sponsor in exercising any right with respect to any term of these Official Rules, will be construed as a waiver or relinquishment to any extent of Sponsor’s right to assert or rely upon any such provision or right in that or any other instance.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, PARTICIPANTS HEREBY WAIVE AND RELEASE AND AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS, SPONSOR AND SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, DISTRIBUTORS, SUPPLIERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASEES”) FROM AND AGAINST, ANY AND ALL RIGHTS, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION WHATSOEVER THAT THEY MAY HAVE, OR THAT MAY ARISE, AGAINST ANY OF THEM FOR ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY MATTER, CAUSE OR THING WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY INJURY, LOSS, DAMAGE, WHETHER DIRECT, COMPENSATORY, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL, TO PERSON, INCLUDING DEATH, AND/OR PROPERTY, ARISING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THEIR ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE, OR THEIR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY PRIZE-RELATED ACTIVITY AND CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, OR INVASION OF PRIVACY AND MERCHANDISE DELIVERY.

The Releasees are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by Game App users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, and the Releasees assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, downtime, defect, or delay in operation or transmission at the Game App or any web site related to the Sweepstakes, or for communications line failure, or for theft or destruction, tampering, or unauthorized access to entries and/or entry information. The Releasees are not responsible for any problems or technical, hardware, or software malfunctions of any telephone network or telephone lines, failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Sponsor and Administrator and Sweepstakes Entities due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion, unavailable network connections on the Internet or at any application or website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, tampering, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor and Administrator which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor and Administrator, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor and Administrator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to void suspect entries and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and select the winner from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to such cancellation, termination or suspension. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in a disruptive manner or in the event such individual or his or her guest commits any act or is involved in any occurrence which violates widely-held principles of public morality or decency, constitutes a felony or crime of moral turpitude in the jurisdiction in which it is committed, or reflects unfavorably on Sponsor or the Sponsor Entities.

11.​Privacy: Any personal information supplied by you to Sponsor and Administrator will be subject to Sponsor and Administrator’s privacy policy and terms of service located at www.ftxgames.com. By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant consents and agrees to Sponsor’s collection and use of the entrant’s information for the administration of this Sweepstakes and agrees to Sponsor’s use of entrant’s information for the purpose of contacting entrant in relation to this Sweepstakes. Sponsor may send promotional communications to entrant’s email address after entry, all such communications shall be subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Entrants will have the option to opt-out of future emails. Additionally, by opting in to specific offers from participating Sweepstakes Entities, you understand and agree that your personal information will be governed by their respective privacy policies and terms of services and that you may receive email communications from those companies.

12.​Winner’s Name: For the name of the Sweepstakes prize winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: FTX Games, Ltd., Attn: The Walking Dead: Slots – The Ultimate Fan Experience, Sweepstakes Winner’s List, 6790 Embarcadero Ln. #100, Carlsbad, CA 92011. Winner’s name will be sent when the Sweepstakes Period is over and the properly claimed prize has been awarded. Requests for winner’s name must be received within 60 days of the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
