Talent + xx health to nearby bulding ?

Why sicario's talent "+ xx health to nearby building" has no effect on Finca ?
Finca is not building ? Is it bug or special trick for "spending money" on Diego ?

Sicario effects only defensive buildings ( mines, C4) or improves resource gathering. If u think that Finca with ~200k hp may be boosted like 100% more or even higher then every player will do so and every battle would be like attacking Cartel Finca, i don't think this is the right way.

1) That is a good way, bust Finka's HP will compensate disbalansed using of Dieso's. I'm playing same dev's game Army of Heroes , where HP bust working on any nearest building - the game play murch more balanced.
2) Talent discriotion says " + health to nearby building", not only defence.

not all people play with full diego&missiles set better decrease dmg from missile / fb when attack finca.

Maybe it would help, but then those players who use paratroops will complain about useless upgrades they done.. actually many players already complain about being useless of paratroops. Maybe some players like those who have Diego sets use same sets of Building health and u'll come back here to cry about that u can't destroy Finca in 3minutes..
