Support- worst customer support I've ever come across and I've worked in the industry for a number of companies. Open window complaints that aren't answered for 7 days or more? Jesus you should be ashamed FTX.
Devs- Well you sure know how to maximise cash inflow without actually fixing anything, game is buggy as F*** but carry on throwing out the odd event to deflect the masses from your rip off changes
I.e. The port changes? I should really have resigned after that little gem!!
Lastly there's @Chase - FTX Games
Hmmmm On the fence a little with you fella! Piggy in the middle springs to mind? Just remember it's your choice to be the Piggy and you're paid well for the service so less complaining about people constantly tagging you in posts! Or calling you out! And abit more liaising with players and keeping people informed!!! Especially as you seem to be the only person who hasn't left yet..
On a final note!!
Thank you ITunes for reimbursing me ALL the money I had spent on this game!!! Least now it's only time I wasted and not any of my hard earned cash.. First game I've played I've ever asked for any sort of refund...

How did you manage "ALL" you spent. Itunes was only giving partial refunds....

Never asked for any sort of refund previously BillyBob and I've spent a fair bit over the years.. Was offered the partial refund and refused it, they looked at my account and a supervisor agreed that I wasn't just trying it on.. iTunes were so helpful!! Proper customer services :-(
