I am currently upgrading paratroops and saving for TC upgrade to lvl 17 ... can anyone tell me how much resources needed to see if i have it already ?

Much of this information is available on the wiki for Narcos: Cartel Wars, although it is nowhere near complete. Training camp level 17 is listed the same as @KAMIKAZA says it is.

I just went to this "wiki" narcos ... and the info there is limited to few aspect of the game and even there it lack of some info ....
The site idea is good but it need much more work to make it compleate
