And make that if you find oponent in war that has less members than your cartel, first recruits are out of war, than falcons..... it is not fair that right hand is out of war becouse recruit has more medals than right hand has!

This is a legit question: Why does your Right Hand have the least amount of medals in your cartel? And if that's the case, why is he the Right Hand?

My cartel has some low medal Falcons that get left of at times. But the Right Hand? That guy should be way more active in the game than that.

I do agree that we should be able to choose a member to leave out or there should be different criteria, like the lowest level player. I'd like to be able to take my strongest players into war and no leave out a level 44 player that is active in wars nut just isn't active enough to build up medals.

Shielding up for a week or weeks at a time will lower ur rating. I never had a problem with people being left off a war? It's always been that way?

Yeah. If the cartel you get matched with has 1 fewer member than your cartel, the game will leave out your lowest medal player so that both cartels have the same amount of players in the war.

That's not a fair assessment, @Cruzzer. There are a lot of active and or knowledgeable players that don't care about medals. Perhaps they spend more of their time behind the scenes in line chat or WhatsApp conducting cartel business. Recruiting, teaching, etc etc... There's no direct correlation between the value of an officer and medals.
