Best we stop complaining Julio. I can confirm it's nothing to do with league. since I have cartel members and a rival in the very same league and they have 3+ each. my girl also now got 3

it probably is dependent on which league you are in which determines the level of your wood chests. Apparently the champion league doesn't get any of these...

Got 5 Bernardo's so far. But they seem useless. Good for using to fuse I spose. All my 5 offer was a lousy 10 % Fuego damage. Seems pointless using those when my 4 Jengi's offer 20 % and 30 % Fuego damage before adding talents.
