Yes at first (scouting) everything looks normal. When I attack there is nothing. My soldiers can walk for 2 seconds and than they stop.

Check your application version. If it is not 1.22.1 update it. ( not sure about iTunes versions ).

Your screenshot says 1.21.1 (1)...

And on iOS is the same as of now.
