So the game could not be accessed for 7 hours, then when returning there was no reward to be claimed? Have you sent in logs to our support team at narcos@ftxgames.com?
That list is likely not the complete list of all of the player. I would like to find them all - and asking is a good start towards that. I am aware of the other threads.
