Any observations on how the cartel rating is calculated - When a player joins the cartel, leaves the cartel and how much it will increase with his contribution? All I know from the support team is that the rating is highly dependent on the top ranked players.

I have noticed few players staying at level 37-38 for weeks and beat players easily and quickly (35-40) without much damage..They are scoring 80-100 chest points and topping tournament leagues. As we get the second launcher at 37 with finca 16.
