You used a skill set that has synergy effects that result in the bonuses seen in the announcement post. Some of them are indeed no-deploy counters.

Yes, the Finca is a building and can be affected by the soon to come additional Skills and skill bonus effects. This is one of the fabled "counter strats" to no-deploy I have been on about :rolleyes:.

Find another does just that for player bases. This feature lowers the strength of outposts over time when used to find another outpost.

Units and Sicarios are usable until destroyed, then have a timer to bring them back.
