Account hackerato...Ftx hai intenzione di risolvere il problema??

I'm ElRouge and on 8/12 I was hacked into the account and all the killers were burned ... I signaled assistance and they said they are investigating .... I have also contacted another player who has I had my same problem on the 20th and still have not solved anything.
I have spent from 10/01/2018 to today € 2600 more than € 200 per month ... Do you want to restore our hit men ?? It seems that FTX is only interested in collecting money. Do you need to secure accounts, if it happens to other players?
I WANT ANSWER. More than a week has passed and assistance no longer responds to my messages

Sono ElRouge e nella giornata dell 8/12 mi e stato hackerato l'account e sono stati bruciato tutti i sicari... ** fatto segnalazione all'assistenza e hanno detto che stanno investigando.... ** contattato anche un altro player che ha avuto il mio stesso problema il 20\11 e ancora non hanno risolto niente.
Io ** speso dal 10/01/2018 ad oggi 2600€ più di 200€ al mese... Volete ripristinare i nostri sicari?? Sembra che a FTX interessa solo incassare il denaro e basta. Bisogna mettere in sicurezza gli account, se succede ad altri player??
VOGLIO RISPOSTE. È passata più di una settimana e l'assistenza nn risponde più ai miei messaggi.

Tra qualche giorno sarà un mese che nn ** più il mio account che e stato hackerato l'8 dicembre... Sono stati bruciato tutti i miei sicari dopo che ** speso più di 2600€ per fare un account così adesso mi trovo senza niente... E l'assistenza non risponde neanche più... Noi spendiamo soldi VERI per comprare cose inesistenti... Almeno tutelateci, rivorrei il mio account come prima del 8/12
