Active alliances?

So are there any active alliances out there? I keep seeing the same list over and over and the groups in the list are inactive, unresponsive, or have one person.
yes I know there was a thread saying look by ID ... but I’m new to the game and don’t know of any tags.

if you want a level 71 player, let me know.
