Can anyone tell me what capo club level, and how much influence and cash is needed for the second "bolster defence" reaserch (the one that gives you the 6 defence sicario).

I think get the the 6th sicario on lvl 36 Capos but I'm not sure..as the for the resources I have really no idea..
