Is it best to just focus on capo club by upgrading finca and storages?

Or should you spend time and resources leveling up the defensive buildings?

Great question!

I don't have THE answer. It seems to me that everything is interrelated.

The goal of a strong defense of the compound is to make the enemy make multiple strikes on your compound to destroy it. This in turn makes you more competitive in winning a war. Winning a war in turn gives your players more resources but it also gives you speedups that you can use for your cartel which you can then use on either more weapons or the capo club.

Also if you lose the war because your compound was easily destroyed think about how that will affect the morale of the rest of your members. Player seem to enjoy the cartel wars and being competitive,

It seems to me that the right balance is to strike a balance. Make your compound strong while continuously upgrading at the capo club.

If your cartel has a good group of sicarios (edges & velascos) you prob dont need to worry too much about leveling up guns. Those sicarios can more than double the health/damage.

Our cartel is all about upgrading capos club, finca, storage then repeat. And when youre not at the level to upgrade finca, then up some guns to get there.

We do 1. storages , 2. finca , 3. capos ... and vice versa
