I dont think that we will witness that day , but just in case , if it happened then the only beneficials would be my grand grand kids ... Hold that beer for them would ya ?

Speaking of which , the bug with resource centers is really a nasty one . I cant take any resource center anymore , they are like deliberately trying to cripple us instead of helping.
